Electrical installers, low-voltage specialists, IT integrators: become a Healthcall partner. Technical documentation, training, certification, L2 support, open non-proprietary model.
What Healthcall brings to installers and integrators
You are an electrical installer, low-voltage specialist or IT integrator, and you install nurse call systems in care homes. The historical players (Televic, Ascom, Ackermann) impose a closed proprietary catalogue, opaque margins and limited access to documentation. Healthcall offers an inverse model: open architecture, transparent partner discount scheme, accessible technical documentation, two-day install training, publisher L2 support in French, Dutch and English from Belgium.
Since 2017, the Healthcall partnership has equipped around twenty Belgian care homes via a network of installers operating in Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders. Equipment comes from market brands you already know (Blueup, Snom, 3CX, Shelly, Ubiquiti, Doro, Grandstream, Ajax, Pragma, Sonitor, Lehmann) — your existing know-how is directly reusable.
The challenges below come up in every conversation with our partners. Healthcall is designed to help you address them, not to add a new constraint.
Differentiate from proprietary catalogues
Televic, Ascom, Ackermann impose a closed catalogue with opaque margins. An MR director hesitates on commitment. Open Healthcall positioning is a sales argument: vendor-lock-in-free.
Quality field after-sales
Signal lamp no longer flashing, smartphone or DECT no longer taking calls, gateway down on a weekend night: rapid intervention expected. Your credibility depends on diagnostic, escalation, restore-before-degraded-fallback ability.
Accessible technical documentation
Architecture diagrams, configurations, RACI commissioning, troubleshooting tree. Healthcall documentation is open, in English, French and Dutch, on dedicated partner portal.
Generate recurring revenue
Hardware maintenance, scope extensions, on-call contracts. Three recurring revenue lines for the partner. Margin scheme transparent on framework contract.
Reuse existing know-how
No proprietary catalogue. Equipment from brands you already know: Blueup, Shelly, Lehmann, Pragma, Sonitor, Ajax (IoT); 3CX, Snom, Grandstream, Doro (telephony); Ubiquiti (network). Your know-how in cabling, IP, professional Android smartphone, DECT and 868 MHz is directly reusable.
Have a trustable publisher in support
A non-deprecated software, four updates per year included, publisher L2 support in two languages from Belgium. No general support outsourced abroad. Direct relationship with the editor team.
Visuel à venir — shooting client
Installer placing 868 MHz radio base station in a care home corridor and checking a BLE beacon on a smartphone or DECT
Site install — 868 MHz radio base station, BLE beacon and smartphone/DECT verification. Illustrative visual (client shoot to be produced).
Three partnership profiles
Independent Walloon electrician
Existing electrical install client base. Wishes to add MR nurse call to its catalogue. After 3-day initial training and first co-supported project, the company autonomises the install on second project. Builds an MR portfolio of 4-6 sites/year, recurring revenue on annual maintenance.
Brussels low-voltage specialist
Already historical Ubiquiti and Snom installer. Healthcall integration adds the Healthcall layer to the existing network catalogue. Reduced training (2 days). Becomes a reference Healthcall partner on Brussels region for groups equipping 5-10 sites.
Multi-region Flemish IT integrator
Operating across Flanders. Combines DPO-IT skill (compliance) and field deployment (install). Establishes itself as a regional reference for MR groups, with a 2-3 person team trained, dedicated coverage zone clause negotiated.
What partnership concretely brings
The framework is reversible, the documentation accessible, the support reactive. Goal: a relationship that lasts on win-win terms.
Accessible technical documentation
Diagrams, configurations, troubleshooting on dedicated portal. EN/FR/NL. Updated at every major version.
L2 support in 3 languages
Publisher L2 by phone and ticket. Critical priority for safety functions. Direct relationship with our team in Belgium.
First project co-supported
Healthcall project manager present at audit, kickoff, install, go-live. Free for partner — not re-billed to MR.
How does the Healthcall partner programme work concretely?
The programme rests on a simple framework: a bilateral framework contract between your company and Groovit, a partner discount scheme on referenced licences and equipment, and a reciprocal commitment to install and support quality. No entry fee, no imposed stock buyback. You remain free in your commercial relationship with the MR client — Healthcall never bypasses an active partner on an account. Signing the framework contract triggers access to technical documentation, initial training and the L2 support portal.
What is the installer margin and the recurring revenue model?
The partner discount scheme applies to software licences and to equipment referenced in our catalogue (Blueup, Snom, 3CX, Shelly, Ubiquiti, Doro, Grandstream, Ajax, Pragma, Sonitor, Lehmann). Three lines generate recurring revenue for the installer: field hardware maintenance (you remain the proximity contact), year-on-year scope extensions (adding a module, equipping a new wing), and local on-call contracts. The precise scheme is communicated under NDA in commercial meetings.
How long and how much does initial training cost?
Initial installer training lasts two to three days depending on your starting profile. Day 1: Healthcall architecture, 868 MHz wireless network, professional Wi-Fi, BLE beacons, local server, cluster synchronisation. Day 2: install, commissioning, routing configuration, end-to-end tests. Optional Day 3: resident safety modules (wandering prevention, fall detection) and professional building automation. Training is held in Frasnes-lez-Anvaing or on a partner site per calendar. Cost is integrated into the partner framework contract and can be reimbursed on the first project.
What is Healthcall's on-call and how does it articulate with mine?
Healthcall operates publisher L2 support in French, Dutch and English, accessible to partners on software and network incidents you cannot solve alone in first line. You keep the direct relationship with the MR, you are L1 on the field. Incidents affecting a safety function (resident call, signal lamp, smartphone or DECT carer) are treated with critical priority. Escalation goes through ticket and dedicated partner phone line. On sensitive sites, we can co-on-call a first period of a few weeks after go-live.
Is there geographic exclusivity or a protected zone?
No strict imposed exclusivity, but a common-sense rule: Healthcall does not put two partners in head-to-head competition on the same MR tender. When a partner detects an opportunity and registers it with us, they retain commercial priority for an agreed duration. For partners investing heavily in a zone (Hainaut, Walloon Brabant, East Flanders, etc.), a geographic preference clause can be negotiated in the framework contract per your volume and service level commitments.
How does the first Healthcall-supported project go?
The first partner project is systematically co-supervised. A Healthcall project manager is present at the initial technical audit, quote preparation, kickoff, the two install days and go-live. They progressively step back as your skill grows. The goal is for you to lead the install autonomously on the second project, with Healthcall L2 support behind. This co-running is included in the partnership start — it is not re-billed to your final MR client.
What equipment catalogue is referenced and can I propose other brands?
The referenced catalogue covers all standard MR needs: IoT buttons and sensors (Blueup, Shelly, Lehmann, Pragma, Sonitor, Ajax), telephony (3CX, Snom, Grandstream, Doro), network (Ubiquiti). These brands are tested, documented and natively integrated in Healthcall — they are our reliability foundation. For equipment outside the catalogue requested by an MR (existing smartphone or DECT fleet, access control already in place), we jointly validate compatibility at audit. If integration is possible, it is documented and reproducible. You never sell hardware blindly.
What is the partner certification and what does it bring to my MR clients?
After successful initial training and validated first project, your company obtains Healthcall Certified Partner status. This status materialises through a partner badge listed on our About page, dedicated L2 support portal access, and explicit recognition in commercial meetings with your MR prospects. For a hesitating MR director, knowing your installer is trained and certified by the publisher is a concrete argument. Certification is renewed at each major version upgrade via short update.
