Frequently asked questions

Is the demo free and without obligation?
Yes. No billing, no imposed quote afterwards, no mailing-list subscription. You can choose not to follow up, it is a frequent and normal case. We prefer a well-informed visitor to a prospect artificially pushed into a commercial funnel.
How many people from my team can attend?
As many as needed. We recommend including at minimum management, the head nurse and, if relevant, the technical or IT manager. A multi-person demo avoids subsequent back-and-forth and lets each profile ask their business questions directly.
Do you have a demo environment to test?
Yes, we present Healthcall on a demo environment connected to real hardware (buttons, BLE beacons, signal lamps, professional smartphones and DECT). You see the product in action, not frozen screenshots. For an extended test, we can also organise a limited pilot after the quote.
Can I see Healthcall on-site at an existing client?
Possible with prior agreement of the client concerned. We organise this type of visit for engaged dossiers, typically after the initial demo and quote. We select a care home whose size and architecture are close to yours.
What is the delay between the demo and a quote?
48 working hours for a structured quote. If your context requires a prior technical visit (complex architecture, old building), we flag it during the demo and adjust the schedule. The quote is detailed line by line: hardware equipment, licence, install, maintenance, no opaque package.
Can a demo be organised in Dutch?
Yes, for Flanders and Brussels. Our commercial and technical contacts work in French, Dutch and English. Demo materials exist in three languages and the Healthcall teams are based in Frasnes-lez-Anvaing with full Belgian coverage.
Is the demo possible for an architect or consulting firm?
Absolutely. We regularly support architects and consulting firms in design or renovation phase. The demo is then oriented building integration, cabling, interfaces with other technical lots and AViQ, Iriscare or Woonzorgdecreet requirements depending on project region.

The demo is a starting point. Depending on your context and priorities, three paths typically open up:

  • Personalised quote within 48 h

    Line by line: hardware equipment (50 € excl. VAT per button), software licence, install (2 days), training (half-day per profile), maintenance (4 annual updates included). No opaque package.

  • On-site technical visit

    For complex architectures or specific renovation needs. Identifies network constraints, cabling, points to validate before quote. Always free.

  • Reference client visit

    Visit to a Healthcall-equipped MR with similar size and architecture. Subject to prior agreement of the host client. Particularly useful for hesitating directors.

  • Limited pilot

    Pilot deployment on one wing or one floor over 2-3 months, before full extension. Allows your teams to take ownership and validate decisions in real conditions.
