All elements composing the healthcall.be website — structure, navigation, texts, images, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, databases, source code and executable code — are the exclusive property of Groovit SRL or its partners, and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property provisions (Book XI of the Code of Economic Law, copyright, trademark law, database law).

Healthcall is a trademark used by Groovit SRL. Third-party logos and trademarks visible on the site (Blueup, Shelly, Lehmann, Pragma, Sonitor, Ajax, 3CX, Snom, Grandstream, Doro, Ubiquiti, Samsung XCover, Crosscall Core, CAT S, Sonim XP, etc.) remain the property of their respective holders and are used only for informational purposes, to illustrate Healthcall’s technological partnerships.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation or exploitation — total or partial — of the site’s elements, by any process whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from Groovit SRL. In summary: Matomo (analytics) configured without cookie and with IP anonymisation; Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps) loaded with delay and aggressive personal data masking; Cloudflare Turnstile (form anti-spam) without tracking cookie; Cal.com (demo booking) iframe loaded only on explicit user click. This technical architecture allows not displaying a blocking cookie banner while fully respecting the legal framework.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These legal notices, as well as any relationship between Groovit SRL and users of the healthcall.be website, are governed by Belgian law, to the exclusion of any other legislation.

In case of dispute, and failing prior amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Hainaut judicial district.
